After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

10. Use of CCTV Video Footage for Analytics

AIVID.AI processes CCTV footage solely on behalf of clients for safety monitoring, operational analytics, occupancy analysis, heatmaps, queue detection, compliance checks, and performance insights.

Facial Recognition & Automated Decision-Making: AIVID.AI does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification by default. Analytics are non-identifying and do not produce legally binding automated decisions unless explicitly agreed and permitted by law.

11. Data Sharing & Processors

We may share data with trusted service providers such as cloud hosting, analytics, email, and security vendors. We do not sell personal data.

12. Server & Data Storage Location
